Where can I find my QR code?
If you take a peek inside your package, there should be a card with your QR code and a verification code in an XXX-XXX format.
Point your camera on your phone to the QR code to be directed to our App store to download our app. Within the app, use the QR code to auto-enter your verification code.
If someone else has already paired the showerhead, ask them for the verification code associated with their profile. They can find it in the app in “Product Info” in the “My hai” section.
What is hai's shipping policy?
Free standard shipping in the continental US (except Hawaii and Alaska).
What is your return policy?
If you don't love your hai shower within 30 days of use, we offer free returns– no questions asked. All used returns will be donated or recycled!
What should I do if my product arrived damaged?
We try to make sure everything runs smoothly–but life happens. Contact us at haihelp@gethai.com and we’ll help you sort it out!
Why can't the 2.5 gpm showerhead ship to my area?
Different states have different water regulations and do not allow the higher flow of the 2.5 gal/min design.
But, you're in luck! We specially designed our 1.8 gal/min showerheads to have the same great experience while using less water; check it out!
What does it mean to be WaterSense certified?
The EPA's WaterSense certification is awarded for eco-efficient showerheads using less water without compromising the shower experience. Our 1.8 gpm showerheads do exactly that, requiring less water for the same amazing hai shower!
Are hai products compatible with my shower?
Our hai showerheads are built to fit majority of the standard US wall shower arms!

Will I be able to see my shower data on the website?
Your data is currently only visible within the hai app. To get first access to data views on our website as that feature rolls out, send us an email at haihelp@gethai.com
