What does the 12-month commitment mean?
Our 12-month commitment means you agree to maintain your membership for the applicable commitment period.
How often will I be charged?
Members of the hai life will be charged quarterly. If you have the HAI ALL-ACCESS membership, you will be charged $99 quarterly (4x per year). If you are a member of ALL ABOUT INFUSIONS, you will be charged $72 quarterly (4x per year).
What are the differences between the two hai life memberships?
The main difference between our hai All-Access membership and All About infusions membership is whether or not you already own a hai showerhead. Our hai All-Access membership is great for those new to hai and who have yet to purchase our smart showerhead. Our All About hai infusions membership does not come with the hai smart showerhead and is best for those who already own a hai but want to add on our hai fuse and hai infusions. Both memberships come with our hai fuse and hai infusions.
What is the difference between the All about infusions membership and the Subscribe & save hai Infusions subscription?
There are a few key differences between the two programs. The SUBSCRIBE & SAVE hai Infusions subscription is charged monthly and does not include a hai fuse or exclusive perks. The ALL ABOUT INFUSIONS membership however is charged quarterly and includes the hai fuse and exclusives perks. Plus, you will receive all 3 infusion scents, unlike the SUBSCRIBE & SAVE subscription which is dedicated to only one infusion scent. Here’s the full breakdown:

What’s included in my membership?
For hai All-Access members, your membership will include the hai smart showerhead, access to the hai app, which includes personalized shower data, alerts and temperature features, and exclusive shower reports. All memberships, including All About Infusions, include the hai fuse and hai infusions. Both memberships grant access to loads of perks, exclusive discounts, and early access to the latest hai launches and app features.
What benefits are included in my membership?
The hai life offers different membership options that include exclusive access to new product releases, new in-app shower data, and a whole lot of fun perks that we will continue to update as the year goes on.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
You may only cancel your membership or subscription after the expiration of your commitment period. If you cancel your membership before the end of the commitment period, you will pay an early termination fee that equals an immediate charge of the remaining balance on the commitment period.
